Alan Divers, PLS provides Professional Land Survey services to private clients throughout the North Central California Sierra Foothills and the Sacramento Valley. We utilize the latest field technologies, including GPS and Robotics, to meet our clients’ needs for accurate, complete and timely data collection and staking. In the office, we produce a variety of high-quality electronic mapping products by optimizing a combination of computer and software systems.

We serve the Engineer, Architect, Contractor, Attorney, and Landowner. It is our 25+ years of professional experiences with projects as small as a building lot to ranches over 3,000 acres, and clients ranging from large developers to the individual homeowner demonstrating our ability to serve the whole community.

We specialize in providing personalized service to Engineering and/or Architectural design firms. Our niche with these firms is providing design level surveys where the control, boundary, topography, and easements of a site are mapped together in one seamless base map. The final product is a comprehensive site model ready for the design team. Electronic files are available to the client and provide a format of symbol standards, layer organization and point control.
