PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Divers has more than 39 years of experience in boundary, hydrographic, topographic, control and construction surveys, with the last 33 years being in direct management of business, personnel and projects. He has supervised as many as eleven field crews and an office staff of over twenty. He has been in responsible charge (manager) of the northernCalifornia survey operations of an "ENR-500" design-engineering firm (multiple offices). Mr. Divers also founded and served as the C.E.O. of an engineering and land surveying firm for over seven years, leading it in growth from 3 to over 40 employees.
Mr. Divers' professional responsibilities and experience, as a consultant, include: estimate and proposal preparation; contracting; records research; field data collection; varying forms of field surveying, and field production techniques; network and control adjustment; boundary calculations and analysis; TIN creation; manual or electronic mapping CAD (Computer Aided Drafting); legal description preparation; quality control; expert testimony; business administration; technical and administrative staff supervision; client consultation and advice; and, certifications of professional products and standards.
